Online Programs

⭐️ 8 week program specifically designed for your needs and goals, to follow on your own. (Includes 8 (one per week) 15-30 minute facetime/zoom check in calls to discuss anything that is needed (how your feeling, what went well, things to change) and to keep you and I on the same page when it comes to adjustments and updates. - $200
